Our teams are comprised of experienced managers, dedicated employees, and a broad network of specialized contract workers, all meticulously aligned to meet each project’s unique technical requirements and strategic business goals.

Long before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we adopted a progressive work-from-home model. This forward-thinking approach allows us to strategically position our teams across Canada and the United States. By leveraging this decentralized setup, we are able to selectively recruit professionals who possess the precise technological expertise required for each project. Moreover, this model ensures alignment with our clients’ regional time zones, significantly enhancing our ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently, thereby optimizing project outcomes. Falcon Software does not hire or contract offshore resources.

Our Project Management Office (PMO) is the backbone of Falcon Software’s operations. With decades of experience our PMO manager, Heather MacFayden has shaped a customer-focused approach that ensures every project adheres to the highest standards of quality and innovation.

From accessibility compliance to responsive design and robust data security, our PMO is committed to delivering projects that align with today’s digital demands while exceeding client expectations.

At Falcon Software, we bridge the gap between strategy and execution through a seamless Client Engagement Process. By integrating sales bids, RFPs, and SOW management directly into our PMO, we ensure clear communication, accurate proposals, and realistic timelines from the outset.

This unified approach eliminates common challenges, enabling us to craft tailored strategies that deliver measurable value. By focusing on collaboration, technical precision, and delivery excellence, we set the stage for project success from start to finish.

From the President

As I reflect on Falcon Software’s journey over the past three decades, I am struck by our multitude of successes and the valuable lessons we’ve learned along the way. More than anything, I truly cherish the great people I’ve had the privilege of working with through the years.

Looking ahead, what does the future hold for us? My answer remains unchanged, reflecting the ethos upon which Falcon Software was founded. Our fundamental business strategy is centered on listening to our customers and adapting to their ever-evolving digital needs. This approach fosters a collaborative partnership mentality that is at the core of everything we do.

By steadfastly adhering to this principle, I am confident in Falcon’s continued growth and success
